The largest Indian telecom network Jio is reportedly down in some states in India as confirmed by the customers. This is an addition to the hours-long server outage of WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook, which was very disturbing for the consumers.

As confirmed by the well-known concept creator – HoiIndi, Jio’s internet services are down. Later on, there were no network levels in the status bar. The phone is running out of service at that moment. Since then, the situation start to emerge on my phone as well.

When we jumped on Twitter, many Jio consumers have reported the same issue over and over in states of India specially from Madhya Pradesh (AKA M.P.). However, the JioCare is failed to find the issue and the network remains nill.

Reliance Jio operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. It does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses only voice over LTE to provide voice service on its 4G network.

Since its launch in 2015, the service now operates as the single largest mobile network service provider in the country and the third-largest mobile network in the world with over 426 million subscribers, which is a huge circle of consumers.

This is a developing story and we’ll keep you posted on this matter…
