Huawei’s first wagon ‘STELATO S9 Travel Edition’ appeared in spy shots

Huawei-powered STELATO S9 Travel Edition has now appeared in spy shots. It is the company’s first station wagon with an ultimate design. The images of the smart vehicle hypes its dynamic characteristics over an ordinary EV or sedan.

Station wagon or wagon refers to a type of car body style. It is generally an electric sedan with a longer and more extended roofline over the rear cargo area.

Instead of a traditional trunk lid, the station wagon has a tailgate or liftgate – a hinged door at the rear that opens downward or upwards, offering more space and versatility.

Looking into the spy shots, the first Huawei station wagon named STELATO S9 Travel Edition has a unique wagon figure with a large body architecture. It exhibits a streamlined rroof and has curvy lines throughout the vehicle’s body.

The overall design appears slightly identical to the standard STELATO S9 sedan. On the other hand, its taillight design is almost the same as the AITO M8 SUV. Currently, the images only highlight the side and the rear of the wagon.

Based on the standard S9 features, the Travel Edition could use Huawei ADS 4.0 driving solution. The company has implied to upgrade the entire STELATO series to Qiankun ADS 4.0 smart driving solution by the third quarter of 2025.
