Huawei’s first tablet with pre-installed HarmonyOS clears network certificate, will come with two giant 12-inch screen sizes

Huawei is moving towards the launch of the HarmonyOS among consumers and the company is preparing to something else with this latest operating system. Because there’s a number of new consumer devices featured with HarmonyOS are about to debut.
Recently, the discussion on Huawei’s upcoming tablet has been surfaced online and it’s all about the second iteration of the Huawei MatePad Pro tablet, the MatePad Pro 2. According to the information, this tablet has passed a certificate of Telecommunication Equipment’s Network Access Managements (TENAA).
The certificate reveals that the MatePad Pro 2 has model number WGR-AN19 and it supports NSA/SA dual-mode 5G network. While it clearly mentions that the device has pre-installed HarmonyOS operating system and it’ll be the first tablet from the Chinese company to do so.
Two well know tipsters from Weibo (1, 2) revealed that the MatePad Pro 2 will equip have two large screen sizes of 12.2 and 12.6-inch panels, which is bigger than the first-gen Huawei MatePad Pro.
Furthermore, the MatePad Pro 2 will have a 5nm Kirin 9000 chipset that will provide it more power and processing capabilities. Moreover, the 3C certificate of the device reveals that the device will support 40W charging capability with SuperCharge technology.

Launched at Huawei Developer Conference 2019, Huawei’s self-developed operating system, HarmonyOS AKA Hongmeng OS comes with lots of capabilities and could establish a cross-device connection.
At HDC 2020, Huawei further extended the reach of HarmonyOS to more device platforms including wearables, smartphones, and even tablets. In December, the company began testing the HarmonyOS with developers and initially announced developer test recruitment for the Huawei P40, Mate 30, and MatePad Pro devices.
Following the recruitment, the Chinese tech giant began the rollout of the HarmonyOS for the selected devices. As announced in February during the launch of the Mate X2 foldable phone, Huawei will launch HarmonyOS for the general user in April and start the internal beta testing for general users.
Reports of Huawei launching the first tablet with HarmonyOS have already emerged before but this confirmation is really something to be excited about but Huawei MatePad Pro 2 won’t be the only device that will come with HarmonyOS pre-installed.
Compared to the latest changes, the first-gen, MatePad Pro sports a 10.8-inch with 2K QHD resolution, powered by Kirin 990, 6/8GB RAM, 128/256GB internal storage, 7250 mAh battery, and more.
This latest piece of information is surely amusing news and we cannot wait to see what Huawei has in store for us because currently, the Chinese tech giant has not yet announced any launch date for this device but we’ll keep you posted on this matter.

Huawei AITO M5 and M5 EV will get HarmonyOS 3

During the Huawei P60 series launch event, Huawei Smart Car Business Cheif, Yu Chengdong announced that all AITO smart car models will get HarmonyOS 3.0 operating system by the end of this month.
HarmonyOS 3 for these AITO M5 cars will bring new features including a super home screen and smart car search. The net recommendation score of Huawei M5 car owners is 86.4%
Huawei also announced that the M5 and M5 EV high-end autonomous driving versions will launch in April, which won’t need high-precision maps. Yu Chengdong said that Huawei should be far ahead in the field of the smart cockpit and smart driving.

Today, Huawei launched HarmonyOS 3.1 and Huawei P60 series is the first smartphone to pack this new HarmonyOS operating system with a brand lock screen feature.
