Smart IDC Smart Energy-Saving Catalyst Project:

The project implements innovative technologies in the fields of  AI, big data, and digital twins. Furthermore, it showcases the feasible schemes for efficient use of water resources and conducted trials with multiple operators. This project has also undergone the comparison phases and cross it with flying colors.

Besides, the global dual carbon has made “Green” a necessary standard. Thereby, the project team has conducted an in-depth discussion on AI and related technology to ensure a comprehensive user experience.

At the same time, the company has successfully achieved the integration of cloud, edge, and end with the mainstream data centers. Additionally, the different cooling approaches include air cooling, water cooling, and indirect evaporative cooling has been adopted in the data centers.

Smart IDC Data Centers:

After implementing the technology from the Smart IDC Smart Energy-Saving Catalyst project, Huawei data centers have 10-15% less electricity consumption. The operating load rate for the 1000 cabinet center with 5000W power is 40%. Meanwhile, the electricity costs have been reduced by 1.7 million Yuan.

Furthermore, the TM Forum catalyst project accelerates the promotion and development of the telecommunications industry. Huawei determines to further take this work to enhance the capabilities of global as well as native network operators.
