Huawei Watch Tip: How to use sleep tracking mode

With Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro, the company offers a number of health management features including Sleep tracking, Sp02 measuring, ECG, heart health research, and more.

The Sleep tracking mode records your sleeping data for a single day is measured from 8:00 PM the night before to 8:00 PM of that day for a total of 24 hours. Your Watch will track your sleep using the traditional method if Huawei TruSleep has not been enabled.

With Huawei TruSleep, your watch will be able to match your heart rate and breathing data to your sleep, and recognize sleep stages (incl. wake, REM, light sleep, and deep sleep) with a high degree of precision, for comprehensive monitoring.

The reliable nature of the collected data ensures that sleep is accurately accessed and scored, with personalized suggestions for improved sleep quality that are grounded in hard science. And all of this information is synced to your Health app, and cataloged for future reference.

How to enable Huawei TruSleep mode:

  • Open Huawei Health app
  • Select your Device
  • Tap on the Health monitoring option
  • Enable Huawei TruSleep

How to check your sleep data:

  • Open app-list by click up button on your watch
  • Tap Sleep option
  • Check the data, which display on your device including the duration of your sleep and naps.


  • Open Huawei Health app
  • Touch sleep option, to view your daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sleep data
