Huawei Watch GT 5 Gold launches in Malaysia

Huawei has introduced a gold color for the Watch GT 5 in Malaysia, bringing a refreshed look for consumers with average wrist sizes.

The company has listed this new color as an online exclusive on the official Huawei store. The watch was listed for RM999 for a limited time, while its retail price was RM1,299. The price reduction comes via an RM200 early bird voucher, which can be claimed until February 15, 2025.

This purchase also brings a Huawei EasyFit 3 Flouroelastomer 18mm strap in mint green color for free worth RM149. Meanwhile, Huawei is giving away 5x Members points with this new product.

Compared to other variants, the Huawei Watch GT 5 Gold uses a stainless steel frame and Golden Milanaise band. However, it’s only available with the 41mm version.

The Watch GT 5 gold arrives with a 1.32-inch screen featuring 466×466 resolution. It has a stainless steel case. This smartwatch offers a 323mAh battery with up to 7 days of maximum backup and 5 days of regular usage.

It has various health features such as SpO2 monitoring, ECG, sleep and cycle tracking, quick reply, and more than 100 workout modes. Moreover, the watch has dual-band five-system GNSS positioning and Huawei Sunflower positioning system.
