Huawei currently preparing to unveil the Mate 50 series but it’s expected that the phone maker could return to the dual flagship launch year in 2023. The entire news is awesome and it’s expected that the supply chain has a major role in this subject.

According to a well-known Weibo tipster – ClassmateGuan, with the supply chain solutions, Huawei 2023 could return the dual flaghip product launch events tradition. This directly hints that the company will once again deliver us two flagship smartphones in the same year.

However, the tipster also mentioned that the return is confirmed but the plan to return the route is currently under discussion for 2023. On the other hand, there’s no official confirmation on this matter at the moment.

Of course, if it’s true then the news is surely going to create some positive feed among Huawei consumers as they want to see the Huawei P series and Mate series roaring on the launch event with brand new technologies.

Last dual flaghip:

It was 2022 when the company last time released two flagship devices in the same year including the Huawei P40 series in the first half and Mate 40 series in the second half.

Meanwhile, Huawei continues to launch new foldable devices each year, including the Mate X2 and Mate Xs 2. These two devices have their own specialties and fall under the foldable category. And for now, we’re talking about the traditional, Mate and P series phones.

Following that, Huawei has to discontinue the trend of the dual flaghip launch tradition in 2021 due to supply chain issues. However, Huawei has gradually resolved them including the chipset but it currently remained one of the sensitive issues due to the lack of a 5G RF component, which is required for 5G activation in smartphones.

Still, the overall, news is quite amusing and we’d love to see and watch the return of both traditional flagships in the same year.
