Huawei Pura 80 series is not only an ideal example of to-notch camera tech but also impressive battery life. Over time, the company took the smartphone battery to the next level, and the newly launched handsets are a perfect example in this case!

In the past few years, Huawei has significantly focused on the battery part of its devices to avoid related issues like heavy draining. It even enhanced the charging aspects by gradually increasing the range from 66W to 80W and then 100W.
Huawei Pura 80 Series: Battery
The Pura 80 series has four models. Usually, the company seeds a large cell into high-end variants of a flagship lineup while a mid-range one into entry-level models.
But this time, the theory is slightly different. Huawei has used a 5700mAh battery for the Pura 80 Ultra/Pro+/Pro smartphones, while a 5600mAh cell for the vanilla version. Note that the company has the battery capacity for its latest handsets.
5700mAh battery for Pura 80 Ultra and Pro phones promises a super-long battery life. Meanwhile, the standard model claims an extra-large battery combined with super-fast charging. One can explore the device for hours without stressing its power life!

Huawei Pura 70 Ultra carries a 5200mAh battery as the largest cell in the family. Other models in the predecessor lineup have the following battery capacities:
- Pura 70 Pro+: 5050mAh
- Pura 70 Pro: 5050mAh
- Pura 70: 4900mAh
Pura 80 Series: Charging
In terms of charging, the specifications are almost the same between the Pura 80 and Pura 70 series. The Pura 80 Ultra/Pro+/Pro supports a 100W wired, 18W wired reverse, and 80W wireless charging. The reverse wireless charging specs are unknown.
Although the vanilla model with 5600mAh battery supports 66W wired, 5W wired reverse, and 50W wireless super fast charging. It also features reverse wireless charging.
Pura 70 series supported a 100W wired, 18W wired reverse, 80W wireless, and 20W wireless reverse charging. The standard model has the same specs as the Pura 80 series.
