Huawei starts first sale of Pura 80 Pro/Pro+ smartphones
Today, Huawei started the first official sale of the newly launched Pura 80 Pro and Pro+ smartphones. Both flagship models are available at the VMall store and have top-of-the-line features, software capabilities, and the most appealing aesthetics.
Pura 80 series has been gaining attention ahead of its official unveiling. And the reasons are quite clear: its ultimate imaging technologies and pioneer-level design.
After the launch, the company opened the Huawei Pura 80 Pro and Pro+ variants for their first sale. Meanwhile, the Ultra and Standard models will be available at the end of this month or in early July.
Huawei Pura 80 Pro comes in three storage options with color schemes: Gold Glaze, Glaze White, and Glaze Black. The Pro+ model is available in two storage versions with the following colorways: Glaze Red, Green, White, and Glaze Black.

Specifications
Huawei Pura 80 Pro and Pro+ have quite identical specifications. Both new handsets measure 163 x 76.1 x 8.3mm and weigh 219 grams. They equip a 6.8-inch OLED screen with FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 3000 nits peak brightness.
Pro+ variant supports the 2nd-gen Basalt tempered Kunlun Glass, which is 25x more drop resistant and 16x more scratch resistant than the previous generation tech.
Both smartphones come out of the box with HarmonyOS 5.1, which unlocks a refreshed look. It brings a “Dancing Master” theme that makes your lock screen more interactive. Meanwhile, features like anti-peeping ensure a layer of extra security.
Huawei Pura 80 Pro/Pro+ supports a quad-camera setup with a 50MP 1-inch primary lens, a 48MP super-focus macro telephoto, a 40MP ultra-wide-angle, and a 1.5MP multi-spectral shooter. It supports 4x optical and 100x digital zoom. The front side features a 13MP selfie lens with impressive shooting modes.
Pura 80 Pro variants pack a 5700mAh battery with 100W wired fast, 80W wireless, 18W wired reverse, and wireless reverse charging. Other features include dual satellite communication with paging, new camera features, Harmony AI-powered Celia, and more.
