Huawei reveals Pura 80 Pro+ design ahead of launch

Huawei officially revealed the Pura 80 Pro+ design today. The flagship top-end models are scheduled to launch on June 11. Ahead of the release date, the company gave consumers the first yet partial glimpse of one of the Pura 80 handsets.

In the past few days, we have witnessed the Pura 80 design via leaks and rumors. The official first look accidentally appeared at the MAEXTRO S800 launch event, showing the camera outlook of the flagship smartphone. (Know More)

But Huawei has now officially teased the Pura 80 Pro+ handset on Weibo, revealing the device’s design. While the complete look is still a mystery, we can see a bright new color and a thick, stylish camera bump on the back.

The company says:

“The textured glaze is natural, and the light and shadow are heart-moving! On June 11th at 14:30, the Huawei Pura 80 series and full-scenario new product launch conference will be held, so stay tuned! #HarmonyOS5”

Looking into the image, the Pura 80 Pro+ seems to have a ceramic cover panel. It has a glossy shine on the thicker camera module with a gradient effect.

The three lens rings make a triangular format. The first two rings at the corners seem to have a single sensor, while the center one highlights two lenses. The entire lens plate has fine grille-like lines, and the back cover remains plain.

Pura 80 Pro+ has appeared in a new dazzling red color with the signature camera setup. Apart from these notable changes, the XMAGE branding and the LED Flash pill remain in the same place as in the Pura 70 Pro+ smartphone.
