Huawei has now released the January 2025 EMUI and HarmonyOS security patch details for its devices. The company brings useful improvements and fixes for the first month of this year. The patch also improves the overall system’s stability.

The phone maker has major plans for this year. Whether it’s hardware or the software side, the company aims to reach new heights with its advanced products.

One of these products seems to be EMUI 15 which has debuted with Mate X6 in the global market. Although there’s no sign of its beta rollout. Huawei phone users are eagerly looking forward to new additions that this version will bring with it.

Huawei hasn’t released EMUI 15 roadmap or any official announcement. But we can expect to grab the newest major upgrade for global users in the coming days.

Ahead of that, Huawei has revealed the January 2025 security patch details to keep your EMUI and HarmonyOS phones safe from this month’s privacy exploits.

EMUI January 2025 security patch addresses 28 vulnerabilities. It fixes 3 high and 25 medium-level CVEs, protecting your devices from every security threat.

The tech giant further resolves the around 36 third-party library problems that can harm your personal data or freeze your device, making it abnormal for daily usage.
