Huawei reveals AITO M8 crossed 32000 orders in just 24 hours of launch

Richard Yu – the Chairman of Huawei Smart Automotive Solution Business reveals that the AITO M8 SUV has surpassed 32000 orders within 24 hours of launch. It’s a new milestone for the car right after its official unveiling in the market.

AITO M8 went official on April 16 (Yesterday) at the HarmonyOS Smart Driving new product launch conference. The company introduced the new model in three different variants: Extended-range MAX, MAX Plus, and Ultra.

It was also opened for pre-orders. To the company’s surprise, Huawei AITO M8 crossed 32000 orders in just 24 hours of launch. Sharing the news, Yu said that the firm will start shipping the luxurious smart car to customers from April 20.

Yu mentioned:

“24 hours after the launch of AITO M8, the number of pre-orders exceeded 32000. Thank you very much for your support! In order to enable everyone to pick up the car as soon as possible, we will go all out to ensure production. AITO M8 will start delivery on April 20.”

The Chairman also stated that placing an order for the new SUV before 19 May can bring you first sale benefits, with probably extra discounts and offerings.

AITO M8 has an exclusive AR cinematic screen for the driver that offers a 68-inch display-like effect. The second row has a private cinema along with a laser projection screen 2.0.
