Huawei reportedly developing EMUI 15 for previous devices

In a slow-pace global smartphone market, Huawei also making gradual progress in new EMUI version development for, and it seems we may have a light of hope about EMUI 15.
One of our readers from Russia has sent a piece of conversation with Huawei’s online customer service representative.
It says the following, “At the moment, the manufacturer is optimizing EMUI 15 for previously released devices. Unfortunately, the manufacturer has not provided exact dates at the moment.”
Translated from the Russian language, we cannot verify the authenticity of the statement. Currently, It’s difficult to predict Huawei’s next move for global users, since it is majorly focusing on HarmonyOS in China.

Among the new devices, Huawei Mate X6 and Mate 70 Pro are the two latest devices that offer EMUI 15 out of the box. These two flagship phones are designed with the new Kirin chipset, and the software optimizations help to improve the user experience.
Despite Mate 70’s limited availability, the Mate X6 is expected to reach a wide audience.
Similar to a few recent EMUI versions, EMUI 15 is likely to root for the latest HarmonyOS. That said, the software could bring native design improvements, including personalized theme wallpapers to match on-screen content.
The animations will get smoother with new release thanks to the optimized source code. You will also see new 3D interactive themes for extra interactiveness.
EMUI 15 will expand the smart features such as multi-creen collaboration, cross-device collaboration, cross-device sharing and more. This new software update will have more fluency and even more power efficiency.
Still, that goes for a reported EMUI 15 development, we need an official statement or a rollout occurrence from the company to affirm these new features.
