Huawei Pura X foldable phone equips Kirin 9020 processor

Huawei has launched the Pura X foldable keeping its chip details a secret but tipsters have reported the device runs on the Kirin 9020 processor. As per new inputs, the latest SoC promises an overall performance boost of 40% for the new phone.
Some Weibo tipsters say that the Huawei Pura X is equipped with the Kirin 9020 chip. The frequency of the large performance core in the chip is clocked at 2.5GHz.
Another tipster added that the Pura X folding handset runs on a ‘pure-blood’ Kirin 9020 processor. The SoC ensures a stronger performance and network experience.

Kirin 9020 debuted with the Mate 70 Pro+ smartphone. It has 50% more efficient small cores, 20% more efficient medium cores, and improved large cores. The chip contains the industry’s first 3GPP R18 5G-A SoC to offer optimized network support in air-to-ground communication.
