Huawei Pura X Collector’s Edition unveiled with tri-color rear design

After the standard variant, Huawei unveils the Pura X Collector’s Edition. The device comes in a tri-color back cover design while having similar specs as the Pura X. Just like every collector edition, the new device has extra benefits over the main version.

Huawei Pura Pioneer Festival is live and the company is unveiling dynamic products one after the other. Let’s take a quick view of the Huawei Pura X Collector’s Edition.

Pura X Collector’s model has two main colors: Stylish Green and Stylish Red. Both colors show three different shades on the back panel, highlighting the foldable’s glory.

Stylish Red exhibits a mixture of dark red + brown + white plain leather look on the rear side. Meanwhile, the Stylish Green has a combo of olive green + yellow, and white. The dark red and olive green part has a plain texture while the other two parts have a straight line appearance.

The rear side also contains a 3.5-inch wider screen with a 980 x 980 pixels resolution. It further has a cylindrical rail camera design housing four lens openings.

The LED flash resides outside the camera framework. Pura X Collector’s Edition gives the feel of a mini foldable tablet, perfect for reading, browsing, and watching videos.

Other features of the device are similar to the standard sibling. The Pura X Collector’s Edition has a 16:10 wide screen with HDR Vivid high dynamic display.

The inner screen has a refresh rate of 120Hz with 25000 nits peak brightness and 1440Hz high-frequency PWM dimming. On the flip side, the external screen also has similar display capabilities with an LTPO 2.0 solution and 1:1 screen ratio.

Both Pura X and Pura X Collector’s Edition support HarmonyOS 5.0, which is smoother than before. It eventually increases the overall performance by 40% and adds a more Star Shield security architecture.

The cover screen supports many widgets for business, games, health, calls and communication, themes, and sharing. One can explore cute pet themes on the new foldable.
