Huawei Pocket 3 display and camera specs allegedly leaked

Huawei Pocket 3 is on the way to hitting the launch stage, and here we’ve its alleged display and camera specifications. The device will likely feature the most interesting design, screen dimensions, and imaging capabilities over its predecessors.

The Chinese phone maker has implied that the upcoming foldable phone will adopt a unique appearance and various top-notch changes. Meanwhile, leaks are constantly speculating the possible parameters of the device.

DigitalChatStation has now suggested Huawei Pocket 3 display and camera specs. The tipster hints that the device will use a 3:2 aspect ratio when folded, similar to the iPad mini. It can be wider than other vertical foldable handsets.

It may further equip a 6.28-inch small main screen and a 3.48-inch cover display. Based on the screen size, the device will be smaller, thinner, and lighter in design.

Pocket 3 could feature a bigger cover screen than its predecessor and even the Galaxy Z Flip 6. If true, one can expect better gameplay and mini operations on the external display of the new folding phone. Other display details are currently unknown.

Speaking of the camera, the Huawei Pocket 3 may feature a 50MP primary lens at the back, complemented by a multi-spectral shooter and a few more camera sensors.

Dust/water resistance and a side-mounted fingerprint could be other features of the Pocket 3 foldable. The clamshell product is also expected to debut with a different name. Although the new moniker is unknown and may get unveiled later.

A previous leak suggested that the upcoming vertical foldable will use a new Kirin 5G chip with probably overclocked cores. It can also run on a 5.5G network technology to deliver a seamless connection and browsing experience.

Huawei’s new foldable will likely reshape the vertical folding phone standard in the market. Whether it will make a global debut or remain locked in the home ground is a mystery.
