Huawei Pay new logo includes a cute bear: Design Trademark

On July 6, Huawei has filed a new graphics trademark application for Huawei Pay with an identification logo. The logo consists of a cute bear.

As per the information, the international classification of this trademark lies under the scientific instrument and the current status is applied for registration.

Huawei Pay:

Huawei Pay is the online mobile payment tool that provides contactless, cashless payment services for Huawei and Honor device users. It was first introduced in August 2016 in the Chinese market.

With Huawei Pay, smart devices works as an e-wallet to make secure, easy, and convenient in-store payments. Also, users can enable Huawei Pay by adding their bank cards to the Huawei Wallet app.

Huawei Pay acquires Zhipay:

In March, Huawei has fully owned the Xunlian Zhipay with 100% shares and becomes another mobile phone manufacturer that has successfully received a payment license after Xiaomi.

Xunlian Zhipay is a third-party payment Chinese digital payment firm established in 2013 with a registered capital of 200 million yuan. It serves in many fields including electronic payment, Internet payment, online data processing, and more.

Huawei Pay patent:

In May 2021, Huawei has published a new online payment method that determines the location information of one or more devices around it. The location information of one or more electronic devices is used to determine the correct transaction device. Also, it is a more secure payment mode.
