Huawei P70 series could bring three models on the surface, two of which are in rumors to equip an OV50H camera sensor while, one could use the OV50K lens. Both these lens solutions claim to offer unbeatable optical performance.

The ultimate P70 series camera arrangement has become an interesting buzz. Eventually, the company is working on a handful of lens solutions that can raise the photography bar for consumers. Meanwhile, tipsters continue to drop new hints to remove the mist from this matter.

In the latest edition, @DigitalChatStation said that two of the Huawei P70 models might use the OV50H variable aperture camera whereas, the OV50K lens solution is also being tested and may pair up with the glass-plastic hybrid lens.

According to the previous details, the standard and Pro variant in the approaching lineup could install the OV50H camera sensor. Besides, the company could make the P70 Art smartphone more fascinating with the OV50K sensor.

In addition, the IMX 989 sensor is also in the works and could show up with the top-end handsets of this premium lineup. All these camera sensors will add new glory to the optical performance which could be far better than before.

Omnivision OV50H:

This is a 50MP image sensor used in the rear camera systems for tech-pack smartphones. Notably, it is the first sensor to adopt horizontal and vertical QPD (quad-phase detection). It bears a 1.2-micro pixel in a 1/1.3-inch optical format and supports around 12.5MP video at 120 fps.

Ahead, it offers a high dynamic range at 60fps. Together, these factors help in bringing high-quality shots with better focus and lighting effects.

OV50K Camera Sensor:

OV50K is a 1-inch large camera sensor that provides the highest dynamic range. It adequately balances highlight and shadow to improve the light tendency and enhance overall image quality. Besides, it brings significant possibilities for optimized post-coloring stylization.

It further has a f/1.4 aperture that ensures excellent optical performance, with full vibrance and detailed shots. It uses LOFIC tech for maximum light intake and faster focusing speed, which makes it more powerful than other sensors.
