Huawei P60 Pro is getting May 2025 EMUI security patch
Huawei P60 Pro users have started receiving the May 2025 security patch with some new security improvements. On the flip side, the company is busy with the launch preparations of the next-gen flagship handsets – Pura 80 series.
EMUI May 2025 security patch contains 11 major fixes for the device’s system. These issues are related to the app lock, contacts, USB settings, NotePad, and more.
The patch also eliminates third-party defects from the device that could act as a gateway for malware. Installing this build will add an extra layer of security to your data. Hence, you should prioritize this firmware and download it at the earliest.
Huawei P60 Pro users can identify the latest May 2025 security patch with the EMUI 14.2.0.171 version. It also has a package of 351 Megabytes. We recommend using a stable internet medium over a regular data pack for installation.
