Huawei is sending the latest April 2022 HarmonyOS software update for P40 series smartphones. This update mainly upgraded the corresponding devices’ security patch level of April 2022, which protects the device against threats.

New information reveals that the Huawei P40 series is receiving April 2022 update with HarmonyOS version 2.0.0.236 from 2.0.0.230 in China. On the other hand, the global Huawei P40 lineup running on EMUI 12 has already grabbed the April 2022 security improvements.
