Huawei P40 Series becomes official sponsored phone of Emirates Team New Zealand

Huawei New Zealand is celebrating its fifteenth year of operating in Aotearoa by sponsoring the Emirates Team New Zealand’s defense of America’s Cup in 2021.

Under this support, Emirates Team New Zealand will carry the logo of Huawei’s newest flagship device – Huawei P40 displayed on the team’s AC75 race boats as the Official Smart Device Partner.

“Emirates Team New Zealand and Huawei draw synergies in that we are both innovative users of technology, pushing ourselves to the limit to lead the pack,” says CEO of Emirates Team New Zealand, Grant Dalton.

“We’re also both determined to keep fighting, even when odds may seem stacked against us” Dalton added.

The announcement of this partnership comes after Huawei announced the launch of Huawei P40 series in New Zealand and now opened for pre-orders beginning on May 8.

“The P40 series is our premium product and one of the most advanced, cutting edge smart devices to hit the market so we see this as a great partnership with one of the most innovative sports teams in the world,” says Huawei New Zealand Deputy Managing Director, Andrew Bowater.

“Huawei was founded in 1987, the same year that Emirates Team New Zealand took on its first challenge. We have a shared history of perseverance and relying on innovation to overcome challenges. We’re thrilled to connect these two established names in what we know will be an outstanding partnership,” says Bowater.

“As we start to come out of the COVID 19 lockdown, as a country we need something to look forward to. The excitement and sense of community that comes with America’s Cup will be one of those things for us to come together and celebrate,” says Bowater.

Huawei will launch new medical imaging system that converts 2D images to 3D

Huawei has confirmed that it’ll launch a new smart medical imaging system called – YanPianbao on December 3 at 15:30 in China. This is an advanced imaging system that automatically converts two-dimensional black and white images into three-dimensional models.

Also, this Huawei medical imaging system can also simulate scalpel operations to bring great convenience to preoperative planning. Simultaneously, its remote consultation feature allows doctors thousands of miles away to interact and perform rounds in real-time.

According to the information, this imaging system has been jointly built by Huawei and Weizhou Zhiyuan and it has been already introduced in a hospital.

Huawei won the bid for 260,000 square meters of industrial land in China

Huawei has won the bid for 260,000 square meters of industrial land in Songshan Lake, Dongguan in China that costs 188 million yuan, the type of industry being the manufacturing of smart auto parts. The contract shows that the total investment in the project is not less than 2.4 billion yuan.

November 23, Huawei participated in the bidding for 187.81 million yuan. On November 26, Huawei successfully bid for the industrial land of Songshan Lake in Dongguan City, near Songshan Lake, China.

The announcement shows that the area of ​​this piece of land is 263,600 square meters, and the development and construction period is 3 years. The construction project will start before December 31, 2022, and be completed before December 31, 2025.

The current version of the Huawei brand logo was adopted in 2018, and before that, the logo has been changed two times.

First:

Huawei was founded in 1987, and the company has been devoted to Chinese countryman enthusiasm. Therefore, the founding members along with Ren want to name the company depending on the devotion to people.
