Huawei P40 Pro+ pre-order begins in UK, comes with £338 worth of free gifts

On June 25, Huawei officially started the pre-order of Huawei P40 Pro+ in the UK. This flagship comes with a 100X superzoom array and a 10X optical telephoto lens. It equips a quad-curve overflow display, Kirin 990 5G, and new ceramic back design.

Huawei P40 Pro+ (8GB+512GB) in the UK is priced at £1,299 in White Ceramic and Black Ceramic color options. Customers who’ll pre-order the Huawei P40 Pro+ will get a free Huawei Watch GT 2 (worth £219) and Huawei SuperCharge Wireless Stand (worth £119). While the first sale likely to begin on July 1.

Huawei P40 PRO+:

Huawei P40 Pro+ comes with a 6.58-inch FHD+ OLED display (2640×1200) with a pill-type punch-hole design and 90Hz display refresh rate for smoother UI animation.

The phone packs with a 4200mAh battery that can recharge with 40W wired SuperCharge, 40W wireless charging, as well as wireless reverse charging.

Huawei P40 Pro+ Penta Camera System

Huawei P40 Pro+ is the first Huawei smartphone with Penta camera setup including 50MP Ultra Vision Camera (Wide Angle, f/1.9 aperture, OIS) + 40MP Cine Camera (Ultra-Wide Angle, f/1.8 aperture) + 8MP SuperZoom Camera (10X Optical Zoom, f/4.4 aperture, OIS) + 8MP Telephoto Camera (3X Optical Zoom, f/2.4 aperture, OIS) + 3D Depth Sensing Camera.

On the front side, Huawei P40 Pro+ has a 32MP selfie camera (f/2.2 aperture) + depth camera + IR sensor. Both front and rear cameras have AI-supported features.

Huawei P40 Pro+ is the first Huawei phone launched with Wi-Fi 6+ technology that offers high-speed connectivity with 2,400Mbps (2.4Gbps) peak theoretical transmission speed.

The Huawei P40 Series runs on Android 10 Open-Source, using Huawei Mobile Services (HMS) and the latest EMUI 10.1. Google Apps and Google Mobile Services are not available in the Huawei P40 Series.
