Huawei P40 gets BYD Han edition with car design printed on the back

On July 12, Huawei Consumer Business CEO, Richard Yu, launched the new Huawei P40 BYD’s Han edition with car design and characters printed on the backside.

At BYD Auto release, the Chinese automobile maker announced the new Han series electronic car. These new EVs equipped with Huawei HiCar and 5G solutions, also supporting the NFC car key system.

HUAWEI HiCar (HiCar for short) empowers users with smart features in all scenarios, and every conceivable environment – in a vehicle, at the house, or on the go. It pools resources of mobile devices and vehicles for collaboration, playing to their strengths to create a next-level smart travel experience for consumers.

In work, while connected to a smartphone a user can seamlessly control the Car’s features such as enabling the air conditioner, control windows, phone working as a car key, charge your phone directly via car, conduct call.

Users can also use the car’s camera to share the on-road view with family and check the status of the car in real-time on their phones.

Currently, there’s no confirmation being made about its pricing but its specs likely to remain the same as the regular version.

Huawei P40 sports a 6.1-inch OLED display with dual punch-hole design, powered by Kirin 990 5G chipset. Features a 50MP triple camera system, 3800mAh battery, and runs the latest EMUI 10.1 (Android 10).
