Huawei P Smart Z starts getting EMUI 10 beta

Huawei’s first pop-up selfie camera smartphone – Huawei P Smart Z exclusive available for European consumers. Apart from its movable camera hardware, the phone comes with a full-view display, good processing power, and a big battery.

From the software side, it runs EMUI 9.0 (Android 9), which the company has now decided to upgrade on EMUI 10 (Android 10) trough the beta program.

Back in November, Huawei started EMUI 10 beta signups (limited testers) for the P Smart Z in Germany and closed the program by the end of the month.

The P Smart Z is launched in different European countries including UK, France and more. So, the users in these markets are likely to receive the EMUI 10 Beta upgrade very soon.

How to sign up for EMUI 10 Beta:

Download and install the Beta app > Login > login > select “Personal” (Check in the Bottom bar) > “Join Project” > “Available Project”. Then click on Sign Up, to join the project.

Once this process finishes, you’ll receive HOTA upgrade notification, then you can select to update your phone (It may take a few days).
