Huawei P Smart 2019 gets EMUI 12.0.0.221 beta update

Huawei has just started to roll out EMUI 12 beta update for Huawei P Smart 2019 smartphone that comes with version 12.0.0.221. For your information, last week, Huawei confirmed EMUI 12 eligibility for the corresponding smartphone and simultaneously began the beta testing in the global market.

Huawei P Smart 2019 EMUI 12.0.0.221 beta update is available for registered users, who’ve enrolled in EMUI 12 beta activity through EMUI 12 beta app. As per the information, this beta update holds a software package size of 3.48 Gigabytes.

So, before proceeding with the update make sure that your smartphone has sufficient amount of storage space to download the massive update. Also, we advise you to use a WiFi connection instead of a data connection to save extra data costing.

Font: Supports more flexible font adjustment, allowing you to adjust the size and weight with a slider

Neuromorphic Design: Applies the concept of neumorphism to Ul elements by using simple color tones, shadows, and highlights to create a more realistic effect.

Smart Folders: Supports touching and holding app folders on the home screen to enlarge them for easier access to the apps within them.

Notification Panel: This allows you to swipe down from the top left side of the screen to access the Notification Panel to view notifications.

Control Panel: From the top right side access the Control Panel to use shortcuts. Adds an audio control section to Control Panel, making it easier to switch between different audio devices and audio apps

Huawei Share: Improves the transmission speed of Huawei Share for faster file sharing between Huawei phones, tablets, and laptops.

Cross-Device File Management: Support accessing documents or images on your phone using a laptop without having to connect the two devices with a data cable.

MeeTime: MeeTime allows you to make HD voice and video calls over the data network and you can share the screen during the video call to chat.
