Huawei officially teases Mate XT triple foldable for global consumers

Huawei today teases the Mate XT Ultimate Design triple foldable on its global X page. The company has shared a new clip, flaunting the design of the first-ever tri-fold phone. Within a few days, the device will be available in the overseas market.

The phone maker will unveil the dynamic triple folding phone for global users on 18 February. Ahead of that, the OEM reveals the key aesthetics of the ultimate device.

After several speculations, Huawei now officially teases the Mate XT tri-fold for global consumers. The tech giant hypes the overall appearance of the new model.

Huawei says:

Looking into the clip, the company initially highlights the camera bump of the Mate XT. The octagonal-shaped module is surrounded by a thick golden rim with a leaf-textured design. The star-diamond module is bordered with four extra gold strips.

Huawei has integrated golden edges to the Mate XT and gave it a unique Z-type design. The device has an inward + outward folding mechanism, making it easier to open and close the device. It further uses dual-hinge tech for extra flexibility.

The back panel exhibits genuine plain leather for a comfortable grip. Opening the device gives the feel of a tablet while closed format allows you to use it as a regular handset.

Being the world’s first triple-folding device, Mate XT offers the best design and touch to your hands. It is not only innovative in terms of appearance but also carries extraordinary technologies. With perfect crafting, the ‘Ultimate Design’ name goes hand in hand.
