Huawei offers super big price cut for Mate XT tri-fold and Mate X5

Huawei is bringing big surprises in the form of Mate XT and Mate X5 price cut deals. Both foldable phones are receiving a major drop in their cost, and consumers can save more than a thousand yuan in their pockets. Let’s check these price drops.
Starting with the Mate XT, Huawei is offering a price cut of 2000 yuan to its first tri-foldable. The device is now available at 17,999 yuan (the real price was 19999 yuan).
On the other hand, the Huawei Mate X5 is receiving a price drop of 4000 yuan. The foldable device is now available for 8999 yuan (base version) instead of 12,999 yuan.
Consumers will get a 2000 yuan coupon when purchasing the Mate XT tri-fold from the VMall app. You can also visit the official Huawei Mall website and redeem the coupon while checking out. Wait patiently if you see the “out of stock” tag.

Specifications
The world’s first tri-foldable features a 10.2-inch screen that can fold twice, forming a 7.9-inch and 6.4-inch screen. It supports LTPO 90Hz refresh rate, 1440Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, and 240Hz maximum touch sampling rate.
Mate XT’s rear side has three cameras, including a 50MP main sensor with variable aperture, a 12MP ultra-wide angle camera, and a 12MP periscope camera. It further packs a 5600mAh battery with a 66W fast wired charging.
As of now, the company is working on the next-gen tri-fold model and will likely debut it in September this year. It will bring major chip and camera upgrades.

Huawei Mate X5 comes in five colors: White, Black, Gold, Blue, and Purple. It has a 6.4-inch external screen and a 7.85-inch internal screen. Both panels support a 120Hz refresh rate, a 1440Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, 1.07 billion colors, and a P3 wide color gamut for effective viewing experiences.
The foldable has a tri-cam structure on the back with a 50MP super-sensing primary shooter, a 13MP ultra-wide angle, and a 12MP periscope lens. The front face has an 8MP selfie camera with multiple shooting modes.
It carries a 5060mAh battery and supports 66W superfast wired, 50W wireless, and 7.5W wireless reverse charging.
