Huawei Nova 8i is receiving May 2022 software update

Huawei has started pushing a new software update for the Huawei Nova 8i smartphone that comes May 2022 security patch for the EMUI system. On the Flipside, this update is rolling out in batches and it’ll gradually expand among Nova 8i consumers.

According to Huaweiblog, the May 2022 EMUI security update for the Huawei Nova 8u smartphone comes with EMUI version 11.0.1.212 and an update package size of 169 megabytes. This EMUI software update has a lot to improve in the system security to safe-keep your device from corresponding security threats.

To update your Huawei Nova 8i smartphone, tap on Settings > from here visit System & updates, and then tap on Software updates. Here you can follow the on-screen instructions to get the OTA update onboard.

Huawei Nova 8i packs come in three colors – Moonlight Silver, Interestellar Blue, and Starry Black. The phone expands to 161.85mm in height, 74.7mm in width, 8.58mm in depth, and 190g in weight.
