Huawei Nova 5i getting March 2022 HarmonyOS security update

Huawei is sending a new March 2022 HarmonyOS software update Huawei Nova 5i smartphone. This new update installs the security improvements that protect the device against common vulnerabilities.

According to the information, the Huawei Nova 5i smartphone’s March 2022 update comes with HarmonyOS version 2.0.0.213 updated from 2.0.0.211. However, we don’t have information related to download package size.

Update steps:

To update, open the phone’s settings menu and tap on the system & update and software update. From here, tap on CHECK FOR UPDATES and wait while the phone is fetching software updates for you. Once the update pop-up, download and install it. Also, until the process doesn’t complete automatically, don’t try to stop the process and switch off the smartphone.
