The Nova 14 Ultra comes in four elegant colors: Light Gold, Light White, Flowing Light Purple, and Gold Black. It has a double-sided four-micro-curved body structure with a strip-textured rear panel and a Paris-stud camera design.
Just like its predecessors, the Ultra variant equips a pill-shaped cutout on the front side, housing two lenses. Although the significant change appears on the back.
It holds a wider pill-like camera module on the back featuring a star ring at the center. This ring has four lens openings, but sports three camera sensors. Meanwhile, the back panel exhibits a small checkered design with a glossy touch.
Huawei Nova 14 Ultra brings a 6.81-inch OLED screen supporting 1.07 billion colors, P3 wide color gamut, and FHD+ resolution (2860 x 1272 pixels), 120Hz refresh rate, 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, and 300Hz touch sampling rate. The screen also supports multi-touch up to 10 touches at a time.

Nova 14 Ultra uses an LTPO 3.0 screen with a dynamic peak brightness of 5500 nits. It has Kunlun Glass Edition that increases drop resistance by 10 times. AI Eye Comfort smartly identifies eye fatigue and adjusts the screen effects.
The device comes out of the box with HarmonyOS 5.0. It brings features like mood text themes, AI cute pet themes, AI smart control key for quick operations, or wake up Celia, AI noise reduction calls, and air gesture file transfer features.
