Huawei Nova 14 Pro/Ultra gets a new Control Center swipe gesture feature

Huawei Nova 14 Pro and Ultra models are getting a new HarmonyOS build that brings a unique Control Center swipe gesture feature. The changelog does not describe this feature, but some users reported this special capability. Let’s explore it!
Control Center or Panel is a significant part of the smartphone UI. It is the central interface that lets you manage notifications and configure various system settings, features, and apps on a phone or device.
With the latest Nova 14 update, Huawei has given a twist to the Control Center and introduced a new swipe gesture feature. The capability enables users to quickly switch the Control Panel by swiping left or right at the top of it.
Earlier, users might have had to swipe down from one side of the screen to access the notification panel or the Control Center. But the latest version allows you to swipe left/right and switch seamlessly between the Control Center and Notification Panel.
Apart from this feature, Nova 14 Pro and Ultra smartphones are receiving improvements in the camera and sound sections. The company has further updated the weather app and smart assistant to deliver a more comprehensive experience.
