Huawei Nova 10 series global launch is set for IFA 2022

IFA 2022 will kick start on September 2 and Huawei has confirmed that the Nova 10 series will make its global launch at the event. The company has made this third Nova series launch after receiving a genuine response about Nova 8 and Nova 9 devices.

However, it’s would be interesting to see, whether the company will introduce only Nova 9 or Nova 9 along with the Pro version. Looking at the promo image, the company has also teased us with the gold ring version, which appears absolutely beautiful.

IFA is one of the biggest electronics and consumer product showcase events that happen each year in Berlin, Germany. Big tech companies participate in the event and show off their latest innovations to consumers.

Huawei Nova 10 series:

Huawei Nova 10 and Nova 10 Pro has already been launched in China. Let’s check out some interesting specs about these two devices.

Huawei Nova 10 is 6.88mm thick and weighs approx 168g. The phone comes with a 6.67 inch with 120Hz refresh rate and 300Hz touch sampling rate as well as FHD+ resolution. With similar specs, the Nova 10 Pro comes with a slightly larger display measuring 6.78 inches.

Both of these phones are powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 778 4G octa-core chipset. The architecture includes CPU cores – Octa-core, 4 × Cortex-A78 at 2.42 GHz + 4 × Cortex-A55 at 1.8 GHz, and an Adreno 642L GPU.

Huawei Nova 10 series is packed with a triple rear camera system including a 50MP main + 8MP ultra-wide + 2MP depth camera. However, the Pro model wins at a larger aperture.

These phones are a selfie beast because they are packed with a 60MP front cam, while the Pro version has dual selfie cameras, which include an 8MP closeup portrait camera along with the main sensor.

These devices run HarmonyOS in China, while the global models will come pre-equipped with EMUI 12 software, which has an almost similar interface.

Coming to the battery section, these devices run smoothly with their 4000mAh and 4500mAh batteries respectively on standard and Pro variants. However, if the Pro model debuts in the global market, it should also come with 100W superfast charging, similar to China.
