Huawei MatePad Pro, MatePad, MatePad T8 unveiled in Japan

Huawei today unveiled its new tablet lineup for the customers in Japan including the flagship – Huawei MatePad Pro (4G). Along with its midrange and affordable versions – Huawei MatePad and MatePad T8.

Huawei MatePad Pro is priced at 59,800 yen, Huawei MatePad is priced at 31,453 yen and Huawei MatePad T8 at 14,848 yen.

The pre-orders of Huawei MatePad and MatePad Pro start today and the first sale is set for June 12, 2020. On the other hand, the Huawei MatePad T8 will be on sale on June 3, 2020.

 

Huawei MatePad Pro Specifications:

Huawei MatePad Pro comes with 10.8-inch punch-hole display with 2K QHD resolution (2560×1600) and 289 PPI.

It has Kirin 990/Kirin 990 5G SoC with 6/8GB RAM and 128/256GB internal storage.

The tablet comes with battery sizes of 7250mAh that can be recharged with 40W fast charging, 15Wireless charging, and can share power with other devices with 7.5W reverse wireless charging.

Huawei MatePad Pro is equipped with a 13MP f/1.8 aperture rear camera and 8MP f/2.0 aperture front camera.

For entertainment, it delivers cinema-grade audio with Histen 6.0 and tuned by Harmon Kardon.

From the software side, MatePad Pro runs EMUI 10 (Android 10) with the support of GPU Turbo 3 for better gaming performance and the multiscreen collaboration is there to make full use of its large display.

Huawei MatePad Pro expands at 149mm X 159mm X 7.2mm and weighs at 460g. It has two color options of Black, and White, while more colors will be unlocked later on along with extra accessories including covers.
