Huawei MateBook X Pro 2025 could surprise consumers with its bold and stunning design shifts. After a new form factor in the foldable smartphone, we may see some major upgrades in the upcoming MateBook devices’ appearance.

Earlier, the Huawei Consumer Business Group Chairman, Richard Yu, said that the next-gen notebooks will feature a unique form factor. Now, a leak has added more insights on this matter.

FixedFocus said that the Huawei MateBook X Pro 2025 will adopt a new and unique design this time. It could further be available in many styles and use the Xuanwu architecture for a stronger and more durable notebook experience.

The tipster adds that the upcoming MateBook will be expensive compared to the previous generation PCs. Although it would be really worth purchasing it.

Speaking of the Xuanwu architecture, the company introduced this device’s body solution with the Mate 60 Pro. It is an ultra-reliable architecture that combines three layers of protection. These layers are as follows:

• Ultra-drop-resistant 2nd-gen Kunlun Glass
• Ultra-tough basalt body
• Ultra-durable nylon-fabric material

The first one is to shield the display panel and protect it from scratches and drops. The second layer safeguards the device’s body, making it stronger against damage. Meanwhile, the third layer ensures wear resistance.

Huawei could use the same yet upgraded solution for the next-gen notebook model. Other changes and features of the MateBook X Pro 2025 are unknown. Though we have entered May 2025 and soon will grab more details about the device.

Early inputs reveal that Huawei MateBook X Pro 2025 could be the first PC to feature HarmonyOS software instead of Windows or Linux. The company has said to introduce the new computer-dedicated software this month.
