Huawei Mate XT global teaser reveals artistry camera design secrets

Huawei continues to hype its Mate XT tri-fold’s design for global users and the latest teaser reveals the artistry camera secrets. It shows how the company has crafted the device and what major techs it has used to form the world’s first triple foldable.
The company mainly highlights the “eonic curves” of the triple foldable phone. These are the beautiful edges around the camera module. Similar to premium models, the Mate XT uses an octagonal-shaped lens bump with unique golden strips.
Inputs reveal that Huawei has welded 80 layers of steel into one piece to form the camera bump. These steel layers went through high temperatures to achieve the finest shape and durability in all aspects. Though that’s just the first step!
Mate XT camera architecture has been shaped by a total of 78 processes with all precision. The completion of these processes took 22 days at extreme temperatures.
Further details count complex engraving throughout the device’s camera to offer the ‘perfect beauty’. All these processes resulted in the innovative eonic curves of the tri-fold.

Apart from Huawei, Samsung is readying its first tri-fold with a new G-type form factor. Looks like the Chinese OEM is trying to remain at the top in this trend. Hence, it has chosen the perfect time to unveil its triple foldable phone on the global stage.
