Huawei Mate Xs folding smartphone starts getting the latest HarmonyOS 2.0.0.216 software update in China. According to the information, this update mainly installs the security patch released in December 2021 and optimizes the smart multi-window feature and system stability that increases the overall user experience.

The December 2021 HarmonyOS patch 1 CVE in framework, 2 CVEs in Kernel, 3 CVEs in the system, 3 CVEs in applications, and 62 CVEs in the third-party libraries for improved system security.

However, Huawei Mate Xs smartphone users in the global market already grabbed the December 2021 EMUI security update with version EMUI 11.0.0.206. The security update protects the device against levels of CVEs and threats.
