Huawei Mate X6 starts receiving May 2025 EMUI improvements

Huawei has started sending May 2025 improvements update to its devices, and the first member to receive this firmware is the Mate X6. The foldable is now getting some useful optimizations related to the system application and the device’s stability.

Mate X6 is the first device to come with EMUI 15 software out of the box. It installs some new themes, Air Hoops gesture, AI messaging, and new tools that make multitasking easier and more convenient for users than ever before.

Now the company is further improving these Huawei Mate X6 features with the May 2025 improvements update. The firmware is rolling out with the EMUI version 15.0.0.165 and holds a downloadable package of 670 Megabytes.

According to the changelog, the company has optimized the experience of some system applications. Perhaps the foldable phone users will observe stable and lag-free app performance while using them for related operations.
