Huawei Mate X enters mass production, to be listed by the end of October

Huawei Mate X release has been delayed due to some optimizations being made to its design and functionalities. Now it’s expected that this foldable smartphone may finally be listed for sale by the end of this month.

According to the sources, Huawei Mate X has already entered mass production and will be listed in the Chinese market by the end of October. Although, the company may not produce too much of the units at the beginning.

During the launch of the Mate 30 series, Richard Yu, CEO of Huawei Consumer Business Group announced that the Huawei Mate X will be launched in October.

the recent information revealed that the company has made some changes to the Mate X’s hardware and will be available with Kirin 990 and Kirin 980 SoC versions.

Huawei Mate X is equipped with a foldable OLED display that measures 8-inches while unfolded and during the fold, the display parts 6.6 inches for the front side, 6.38 inches for the backside.
