Huawei is rolling out a brand new software update for the Chinese models of Huawei Mate 50 Series, which brings important optimizations for network and system stability for better performance.

This rollout seems important, as it contains critical bug fixes and optimizations for each section. However, the latest release comes only a few days after the company released a massive software package for the Mate 50 devices.

Huawei Mate 50 series is getting this new upgrade with HarmonyOS software version 3.0.0.301. However, it comes in two packages and the overall downloadable OTA size is vary depending on the model.

The first package contains optimizations for network scenarios including improvements in internet access speed. Also, it smoothens video streaming and helps you to play games with high performance.

The second package brings better system performance. It also enhances gesture operations, and screen switching and also empowers better app startup. This will provide a brand-new user experience. Furthermore, the dynamic display effects are now faster than ever, ramping up the experience for better viewing angles.

Huawei Mate 50 series network optimizations

HarmonoyOS 3.0.0.210:

Last week, Huawei released build version 3.0.0.210 for Huawei Mate 50, Mate 50 Pro, 50 RS, and 50E with a hefty downloadable package size of 1.45GB. The update comes for models – DCO-AL00 and DCO-AL00P for Pro and RS Porsche Design respectively. The latest software update comes in batches and it may take some to reach all of the models.
