Huawei Mate 50 Pro Global

Huawei Mate 50 series continues emerging in the newspaper headlines. After officially taking its first breath in the Chinese market on 21 September with its grand sale, the Huawei Mate 50 Pro is now keeping its leg on the global stage.

A few days ago, Huawei shared a poster revealing that it will conduct a global launch for the Mate 50 Pro by the end of this month. Alongside, the company also mentioned a few regions where it will bring on the dynamic model.

So far, only Chinese users have gained the immersive benefits of the Mate 50 series. Consequently, now it’s time for global users to enjoy a surprising and blissful experience with the ultimate Huawei Mate 50 Pro handset.

The latest information depicts that the global market will have two versions of the Pro variant: 8+256GB for €1299 (9274 yuan – 1,291.16 USD), and 8+512GB for €1399 (9988 yuan – 1,394.62 USD). In comparison to domestic models, international models are quite expensive.

Another notable point is that only Mate 50 Pro is eligible to tour the overseas market. The other member of the Huawei Mate 50 family (standard Mate 50, Mate 50E, and the Mate 50 RS Porsche Design) are not having any overseas listing plans for the time being. Perhaps, the company can schedule to bring them, later this year.

Difference between Chinese and Global Mate 50 Pro:

Apart from the price, there are some more differences between the Chinese and the global model. Firstly, instead of HarmonyOS 3.0, the international Mate 50 Pro pre-installs the EMUI 13 system on its internal framework. Thus, Mate 50 Pro users will be able to relish the latest version of EMUI in advance.

Besides, unlike the Chinese model, the global Huawei Mate 50 Pro does not support the satellite communication feature. This could make users a little unhappy as it is one of the most thoughtful features of the device.

But don’t worry as the other specifications and top features remain attached to the surface. Just like the Chinese version, this Mate 50 Pro also carries the XAMGE imaging technology with a 50MP ultra-optical camera, a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 64MP periscope telephoto lens. On the front, it has a 13MP lens with a 3G depth shooter.

Further, it supports a 6.74-inch screen with top-class visual features. There is also a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor and a 4700mAh battery that offers an overall boost to the performance and functioning of the respective smartphone.
