Huawei has started to rollout March 2022 software update for the Mate 40E smartphone that runs HarmonyOS 2.0 operating system. The latest update brings you better system optimizations and security improvements to safe-keep your data.

Aside from March 2022 HarmonyOS security patch, the latest Huawei Mate 40E update brings you improvements for the Super Device feature. The latest improvement for the Super Device feature will enable better cross-device connection among smartwatch, wristbands as well as MateView devices.

Moreover, the latest firmware version for the smartphone optimizes game applications to bring a smoother software experience.

Huawei Mate 40E:

Huawei Mate 40E comes with a 6.5-inch display with an FHD+ resolution OLD panel, and 90Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling. The phone is equipped with Kirin 990E chip with octa-core architecture (2 x Cortex-A76 Based 2.86 GHz + 2 x Cortex-A76 Based 2.36 GHz + 4 x Cortex-A55 1.95 GHz). This phone has powerful camera features such as 64-megapixel wide-angle camera (f/1.9 aperture), 16-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera (f/2.2 aperture), and 8-megapixel telephoto camera (f/2.4 aperture, supports OIS optical image stabilization).

To update Huawei Mate 40E, you need to visit Settings > then System & updates > from here you need to tap on the Software update menu and then follow the on-screen instructions to download the latest software version.
