Huawei listed EMUI devices for January 2025 software updates

EMUI January 2025 security patch details are live for Huawei devices. Users are eager to know if their phones or tablets are eligible for monthly as well as quarterly updates. Meanwhile, the excitement of seeing new devices on the list is also at peak.

Huawei unveiled amazing smartphones in December 2024 for its global consumers. These are the Mate X6 and the Nova 13 series. While the foldable brings EMUI 15, the high-end smartphones pre-install the EMUI 14.2 software system.

If not Mate X6, the company has been expected to add the Nova 13 series to the January 2025 EMUI security patch list. However, that’s not the case at all.

The company has qualified all last month-listed models for the new EMUI January 2025 security patch. There are currently no new changes in the list. Perhaps, we can expect the latest models on the security bulletin in February 2025.

January 2025 security rollout plan reveals that Huawei will offer monthly patch updates to 12 devices. These iterations shield your device from bugs, issues, and other harmful exploits. It also increases the lifespan of your Huawei handset.
