Huawei launched Bingtang 100W all-rounder GaN charger for smartphones
Huawei has launched a new Bingtang 100W charger for its smartphones. It has entered the pre-sale phase and will soon step into the sales lane. The company has used some special technology to boost the charging capability for its smartphones.
According to the information, the Huawei Bingtang 100W charger is an all-purpose charger. It uses the GaN technology to ensure efficient charging in every scenario.
GaN or gallium nitride technology acts as a primary semiconductor part in power adapters. Such chargers are smaller than ordinary ones and claim to be faster and more efficient than the traditional silicon-based chargers.
Unlike other semiconductor materials, GaN has higher conductivity. It can easily handle higher voltages and temperatures, converting power efficiently over silicon.
Inputs say that the Huawei Bingtank 100W GaN charger has a lightweight and anti-interference pin design. It is quite compact and won’t take much space.
The anti-interference design ensures that the power adapter doesn’t occupy the socket. It has passed the China Fusion Fast Charging UFSC protocol and is compatible with PD, PPS, QC, and multiple other charging standards.
Bingtank 100W charger has a built-in E-Marker smart chip that allows the data cable to smartly match the voltage and current required by the charging device without damaging it. The accessory comes with a 1-meter C to C cable, supporting 6A high current, and adopts a dual-layer tinned copper layer design.
Huawei Bingtang 100W GaN charger has charged the following devices in 30 minutes:
- Huawei Mate 60 Pro: Charged up to 97%
- Huawei Mate 70 Pro: Charged up to 93%
- Huawei Mate X6: Charged up to 89%
- Huawei Nova 13 Pro: Charged up to 99%
- Huawei Nova 14: Charged up to 91%
The Huawei Bingtang 100W GaN charger is available for pre-sale for 299 yuan on VMall. The accessory will go live on its first sale on May 23.
