Huawei HarmonyOS ecosystem welcomes 14 new partners

HarmonyOS ecosystem is continuously thriving and it’s making new progress in all aspects of the consumer device sector. Speaking of which, the Huawei HarmonyOS ecosystem is now welcoming 14 new partners.

At Huawei Developer Conference (HDC) 2022, Huawei signed an agreement of cooperation with 14 new partners to develop the HarmonyOS ecosystem. These parties will dive deep into the development process with one aim.

As for now, the list of new partners includes:

  1. Sina
  2. Air China
  3. People’s Daily Online
  4. Kingsoft Office
  5. Qi Anxin
  6. Qunar
  7. Le Elements
  8. iFLYTEK
  9. Kugou
  10. Baidu
  11. Xiaowo Technology
  12. NetEase
  13. Hanglv Zongheng
  14. Sogou.

These partners will release and support new HarmonyOS software features as well as provide their mobile applications with HarmonyOS operating system support.

HarmonyOS:

At HDC 22, Huawei Consumer Business Group CEO, Yu Chengdong announced that HarmonyOS operating system has achieved over 320 million downloads since its launch in 2019. The software has progressed by over 133% as compared to the same quarter last year.

Meanwhile, Huawei’s third-party HarmonyOS software – HarmonyOS Connet has also increased installations to 250 million with a massive 212% on-year growth.

These statics aren’t normal as they show Huawei’s continues advancements in the industry and the increment in the popularity of HarmoonyOS.

This year, Huawei will focus further on API integration and expansion of HMS core in AppGallery applications.
