Huawei HarmonyOS 3 will support mobile app engine

It’s a big day and it’s related to HarmonyOS operating system because now, Huawei has announced the launch of HarmonyOS 3 app support for the mobile app engine.

Huawei has announced that the Huawei Mobile App engine will upgrade with HarmonyOS 3 kernel, opening the support to run various HarmonyOS features for the consumers.

These include parallel windows, picture-in-picture mode, touch gestures similar to mobile screens and also providing various entertainment services such as games, and device connection.

Huawei Mobile Services or HMS Core services have achieved new milestones. Huawei announced that the current ecosystem number of Huawei’s mobile app engine has exceeded 400,000. This covers 12 countries with a progress rate of 97%.

Huawei Mobile App Engine:

Launched last year, Huawei Mobile App Engine allows you to run mobile apps on notebooks. Initially, the engine only worked the synergy between Android and Windows operating systems.

As of now, the company has completed the installation of the mobile app engine in all of the eligible notebooks running the Windows operating system.

Talking about the user experience, Huawei Mobile App Engine works similarly to mobile but the apps could now store on a desktop and launch is easy with one click.
