Huawei FreeBuds Pro 4 Snake Year Collector’s Edition open for pre-sale
Huawei has officially announced the FreeBuds Pro 4 Collector’s Edition and shelved it for the pre-sale. The device is now available on the VMall online store for pre-booking. Consumers can visit the official site and book the new audio wearable.
The company launched the HarmonyOS NEXT-powered FreeBuds Pro 4 last month. Now it has added a new “Snake Year Collector’s Edition” to the flagship earbuds.
FreeBuds Pro 4 Collector’s Edition pre-sale is live on Huawei Mall. The new variant comes in two colors: Obsidian Black and Spruce Green. It is priced at 1499 yuan.
Consumers will get a free Huawei Super Music VIP subscription card for six months. One can also opt for discounted Huawei Care+ services as per their preference.

Huawei FreeBuds Pro 4 Collector’s Edition
Unlike the standard sibling, the FreeBuds Pro 4 Collector’s Edition shows a golden snake coiled around a copper coin. It resembles wealth and good luck in Chinese tradition. Also, the snake logo hints at the Snake Year – 2025.
Other than the snake engraving, the overall specs of the device are the same as the standard variant. It comes with the SOUND brand and equips a Kirin A2 chip. The device supports 48kHz/24bit lossless audio transmission and has 2.3Mbps lossless transmission rate.
The device comes with a battery life of 33 hours which varies as per the usage. It packs a 55mAh cell in each bud and has a 510mAh battery in the charging case. The overall device takes 40 minutes to charge but 150 minutes when the charging case is at zero.
