Huawei filed new trademark for Huawei Hand Translation, likely to be a new sign language translation

Huawei never stops researching and innovating technologies for its consumers. According to the information, the company has recently filed a registration for a new trademark “Huawei Hand Translation” in China.

The trademark application discloses that lies under the international classification of education, entertainment, design research, and scientific instruments. The current status of this trademark is applied for registration.

At the moment, nothing is clear about the Huawei Hand Translation. But, it was also reported that Huawei is likely to bring new sign language translation features for users.

Previously, Huawei launched a smart voice that has the ability to translate foreign languages into Chinese subtitles using AI technology. Additionally, the Huawei phone supports photos, web pages, voice translation, and more.

Moreover, this February, the company also applied for the Petal translate trademark, which could be an alternative for Google Translate in its smartphones as well as other devices.
