Huawei extends warranty of its products in India due to COVID-19 Pandemic

On March 24, India has announced a complete lockdown for three weeks to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. During the lockdown, only essential service will operate.

According to our information, Huawei has temporarily closed its service centers across India until further notice. Huawei operating its call center with very limited resources due to which it may take a little longer to respond to any consumer’s requests.

Huawei has also announced that it has extended the warranty of all Huawei and Honor smartphones, wearables, headsets & accessories to June 30, 2020, whose warranty is expiring from March 21 to June 21, 2020.

Last month, Huawei has extended the warranties of its products in Wuhan, China, where the COVID outbreak initially begin.
