Huawei Enjoy 80 smartphone could launch later this month

Huawei may launch a new Enjoy 80 smartphone later this month. The tech giant has just unveiled an entry-level device named Enjoy 70X Lite with certain significant features. Now, it is seemingly preparing another budget-friendly handset.

A Huawei phone with model number JUY-AL00 recently appeared on the TENAA database and has now reached MIIT, revealing key specifications and features.

Many tipsters responded that the new device could be Huawei Enjoy 80 that may debut later this month. It looks quite similar to the P50 handset to some extent.

TENAA website has already revealed the appearance of the alleged Enjoy 80 model. It has two star-rings, vertically placed inside a cylindrical camera module. The framework also showcases an LED flash outside the rings.

Inputs further reveal that the upcoming cost-effective phone has a 6.67-inch LCD screen with a 720-pixel resolution. The front side also holds an 8MP selfie sensor.

The alleged Enjoy 80 holds a 50MP main rear camera and promises good-enough beautiful shots. Regarding battery and chipset, the latest info says that the upcoming model may use a Kirin 710A processor with a main frequency of 2.0GHz.

After the Pura X, Enjoy 80 can feature HarmonyOS 5.0 stable software with extraordinary features and capabilities. If true, it would be the first time when an entry-level model will get a dynamic pre-installed software and AI features.

Enjoy 80 may adopt 8GB RAM with 128GB and 256GB. It may measure 166.05 x 76.58 x 8.25mm and weigh around 203 grams. Other changes are currently under the hood. But we may find more details by the end of this month.

An early leak mentioned that Huawei will significantly focus on the low-to-midrange line this year. The company may produce around 13 million entry-level devices for its consumers to make its way in the entry-level market.
