Huawei Enjoy 70X launch officially scheduled for January 3

Huawei today scheduled the Enjoy 70X launch for January 3. After several leaks and rumors, the company officially confirmed the new Enjoy handset for its consumers. It also showcased the device’s look, resembling the Mate 60 Pro smartphone.

Enjoy 70X was expected to debut this month. Some leaks claimed to witness the device launch on December 30. But the official teaser has finally removed the mist.

It seems Huawei wants to kickstart 2025 with new surprises for consumers. Unlike previous Enjoy phones, the new model will bring major upgrades. Huawei says:

“One-Click Beidou, HarmonyOS security. On January 3 at 14:30, enjoy the 10th anniversary #Huawei Enjoy 70X# new product show, the pioneer returns, and the strength debuts!”

As the caption reads, Huawei will introduce satellite communication for the Enjoy 70X. It would be the first time that the company will bless its Enjoy lineup with satellite features. Consumers may also get better HarmonyOS functions than before.

Design

The teaser also reveals the Huawei Enjoy 70X appearance to some extent. Starting from the rear side, the device will bring the Mate 60 Pro-like camera bump with two lens openings arranged side-wise and an LED Flash at the top. It hypes a thin body structure with probably an X button on one side.

The front face shows a pill-shaped cutout at the top with a dual-lens system. It has a dual-curved display panel with rounded corners and smooth edges all around.

Huawei has further mentioned that the new Enjoy 70X phone supports a long battery life, a hyperbolic eye-protection display solution, a 5-star super drop resistance property, and a 50MP RYYB low-light main camera for dynamic portraits.

All these details hint that the device will offer a flagship-level experience to consumers. It will bring enhanced photography, improved visuals, and better fall protection than the previous-generation Enjoy handsets.
